LOV3 MOT3L – Tizzy (SAMES)

We love the weird & wonderful! And LOV3 MOT3L is exactly that! The noise/dreampop trio debut with a 3-song EP with lo-fi synthwave home-recordings. “It was all recorded in a bedroom in Korea on a phone, a living room in Spain on a four track attached to a step ladder and in a shed in Australia on a tascam taped to a bogan.” That kind of lo-fi stuff. They sound creative, playful and sincere. Their first album “Outside’s Broken” will be released at the start of May and will be accompanied by a strange little short horror movie. Cultpop to the max. You will love it too.

Amery – So Good

Touches of Michael Jackson shine through Amery‘s voice. Not surprisingly, because MJ is one of his hero’s. “So Good” is the kind of feel good pop-soul that is immediately infectious and brightens your mood.

Sam Fender – Play God

With one hell of an impressive soulful voice, 21 year-old singer-songwriter Sam Fender tells a dark and powerful tale of a world where everyone is being watched from the screen. Haunting and immediate. Already a favourite of music bloggers. Deservedly so.

The Man Who – Bet On You

Classic sounding poprock from two Canadian cousins calling themselves The Man Who. “Bet On You” has a classic song structure, a catchy refrain and a slow hip hop inspired beat. The Man Who are next in line of bands like Imagine Dragons, Bastille, fun. and Foals: deliverers of accessible, epic poprock with an intense atmosphere.
